We are just two people designing, sewing, modeling and packaging everything that comes out of here so, we typically have a *two week lead time.* If you need something sooner, rush orders are available for an added fee of $50. Please carefully fold your bag, re-package (you may even re-use the same paper and box) and mail via Priority Mail or UPS. We will refund the order - less shipping charges and a 10% re-stocking fee - once the item arrives and is deemed re-saleable. If an item is received and is not in re-saleable condition, it will be returned at the customers expense. If something is incorrect with the order, let us know asap and we'll fix it. Bags with any sort of customization are final sales. If anything else goes awry let us know right away so we can make things right. We want you to be happy with your purchase.
