Every Moop bag is handmade upon order here in our studio. We believe in well made goods, built from the ground up by people who love what they do. We are just a few people designing, sewing, modeling, packaging, etc. everything that comes out of here so, we typically have a two week lead time. If you need something sooner, rush orders are available for an added fee of $50. Please contact us for details.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 3 days of receipt. Items must be in unused perfect condition. Contact us right away for a return address and to let us know it’s on the way. Please carefully fold your bag, re-package (you may even re-use the same paper and box) and mail via Priority Mail or UPS. We will refund the order – less shipping charges and a 10% re-stocking fee – once the item arrives and is deemed re-saleable. If an item is received and is not in re-saleable condition, the cost of the bag will not be refunded and will be returned at the customers expense.
If something is incorrect with the order, let us know asap and we’ll fix it.
Bags with any sort of customization are final sales.
If anything else goes awry let us know right away so we can make things right. We want you to be happy with your purchase. We’re friendly… get in touch!
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within three days of item receipt (just as returns). Exchanges are held to the same standard as Returns, ie. bags must arrive in completely unused and re-saleable condition. If an item is received and is not in re-saleable condition, the cost of the bag will not be refunded and will be returned at the customers expense.
There is no restocking fee on exchanges, however customer is responsible for the difference in cost (if any) and shipping both ways.
Every Moop bag is made upon order so exchanges will go into our production queue just as a new order, with a 2-3 week turnaround.
Shipping
Most Packages are shipped via UPS Ground, which provides tracking and reliable transit.
Items are automatically insured for the first $100. If you would like to add additional insurance, please get in touch and we will send you an invoice for the added cost.
We do not refund for lost/unclaimed/undeliverable packages.
For our international customers:
We ship international orders via USPS International Priority Mail which takes approximately 7-10 days in transit. Packages are trackable, please email us for your tracking number.
We do not refund for lost packages.
We are not responsible for any duty charges you may incur.
We do not refund postage for lost, unclaimed or undeliverable packages. If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customers responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier.
Taxes
Residents of the state of Pennsylvania will automatically be charged a 6% sales tax.
International customers are responsible for any/all import/customs fees that may be incurred.
