How much does shipping cost?
Moop is based in Pittsburgh, PA – most orders shipped within the United States are shipped via UPS Ground which provides tracking and reliable transit. Shipping rates are as follows:
Large packages (this includes most all of our bags): $9.50 ($3 additional for multiple items)
Small packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail(this includes the hip pouch, the clutch and straps if they are the only item in the order): $6.00 ($3 additional for multiple small items)
I live in Pittsburgh or very near by – can I pick up my order?
Yes! Go ahead and place your order, then send us an email letting us know you would like to pick it up and we will refund your shipping cost.
I live in a beautiful country far from the United States…do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship via USPS International Priority Mail, with tracking and once shipped, approximately 7-10 days in transit.
Approximate large package rates are as follows:
If you are in Canada: $19-23
If you are in any of the other lovely countries of the world: $29-33
All import/customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Most Packages are shipped via UPS Ground, which provides tracking and reliable transit.
Items are automatically insured for the first $100. If you would like to add additional insurance, please get in touch and we will send you an invoice for the added cost.
We do not refund for lost/unclaimed/undeliverable packages.
For our international customers:
We ship international orders via USPS International Priority Mail which takes approximately 7-10 days in transit. Packages are trackable, you will receive your tracking number via email once it has shipped. If you have not received it, check your junk mail filter or email us and we’ll send it again.
We do not refund for lost packages.
We are not responsible for any duty charges you may incur.
We do not refund postage for lost, unclaimed or undeliverable packages. If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customers responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier.
Other shipping policies
We do not refund for lost/unclaimed/undeliverable packages. Please double check your address upon placing your order. If an item is returned to us as “undeliverable” the customer will be charged shipping again to re-send the package.
