It's our 9th birthday + a sale + all the big things!

Hello Monday!

This time last year we were in the midst of a manufacturing shift that ultimately did not work.  One that taught me some really really big business lessons.  The last two years, it seems, have been full of big, life changing, difficult lessons - both business and personal…#fingerscrossed I’ve had my fair share for at least a little while. 

I spent all of 2015 rebuilding from those big lessons and have finally reached a place where I can visualize what the next year, two years, 3, 4, 10, etc. might bring.  I’ve been working behind the scenes to make some changes.  We’re hiring stitchers so I can spend more time designing, growing and moving forward.  And, we’re in early stages of opening up a retail store…!!!  We are so excited about this.  so.so.so.excited.

We’ve also been making some building blocks towards a small batch manufacturing business.  This is something I already do for Moop and will begin doing for others.  It is my next big adventure and I cannot wait to share it with you.  I think you’ll all be interested in what we’ll be churning out.  There’s a lot of really good people in this world, designing a lot of really good things and we are looking forward to working with them.  Two very big things as we head into our 10th year in business!  Nine years ago, I would have been hard pressed to guess this is where I would end up.  But, I have worked every single day since then to arrive here.  Some of it has been glamorous, a lot of it has been hard and most of it has led me to some incredible people and places.  I am immensely grateful for all of it.  Thank you for the support you have shown me (both business and personal) while I have built this from a practice of one to a business of many. 

Thank you again, a million times over, for supporting our tiny business for the last 9 years.  I hope you’ll stick with us for the next 9.
