#TBT to keep the celebrations of our ten year anniversary going. this image is one of my most favorite of my not so little kid. it was almost ten years ago..right in the early days of Moop. we rented a cabin on a lake at the edge of the Adirondaks and fell in love with a place i’ve never been back to. i’m spending today being very sick, wishing I were instead in the mountain lakes of the north east. it is rare that i get sick but, somehow, something has caught up with me and i am feeling my worst. and, wishing i had someone here to take care of me. but, it’s one of those growing pain reminders (and one i’ve learned throughout my adult life)…you’re on your own kiddo! just deal with it. so, i’m dragging myself to the doctor (for the second time this week) and daydreaming about instead being on a summer vacation.
