Hello and Happy Holidays! Here are some holiday updates!
DECEMBER 10TH IS THE LAST DAY TO PLACE A MOOP BAG ORDER FOR CHRISTMAS DELIVERY! (we have lots of other gifts and goods that are in stock and ready to ship..you can order as late as December 20th for those items and still have them arrive in time to most parts of the United States, find those here)(but, Moop bags are all made, start to finish, in our studio...so, we need a bit of lead time this time of year!)
ALL BAG ORDERS PLACED AFTER DECEMBER 10TH WILL NOT ARRIVE UNTIL AFTER THE NEW YEAR.
And, for those of you who get an order in queue after December 10th, here's a downloadable envelope template that you can use to fold up and gift an image of the bag you've picked out for your gift recipient. Click here for the download link.
Thank you so so much for all of the orders!! We are doing our best to fulfill all existing orders....we are sewing and sewing and sewing to keep up! After the 10th, you are more than welcome to place a new order but, you may have to get creative and print out a photo of the bag, fold it into an origami backpack and let your recipient know a bag is being made especially for them and will arrive soon. Thank you so so much for all of the holiday love...it means the world to me and my small team! (here's a blog post from last year that describes what our days are like).
Orders to the domestic US ship via USPS Priority Mail. You have the option upon checkout to select Overnight should you need to. Keep in mind, this only expedites the time in transit. The turnaround from placing an order and your package shipping out our door is still dependent upon us completing your bag..we are currently running about 7-10 days from the time your order is placed.
Orders to anywhere outside of the US ship via USPS International Priority Mail. This generally takes 7-14 days in transit but, once a package leaves our studio it is out of our control as to when it arrives. The earlier you place your order the better.
We know many of you are purchasing holiday gifts so we have extended our return/exchange policy to the following for this time of year:
Please make all returns or exchanges by December 30th, 2016. We are a small team making all of our bags so we ask for common courtesy, please return your bag completely unused, in brand new condition, with all tags attached. Holiday returns will not be accepted after December 30th so please get in touch if you feel you need to make an exchange or return.
