Every Moop Shop bag is produced in small batches, in Seattle, Washington. We believe in sweatshop free manufacturing and well made goods, built from the ground up by people who love what they do. Our typical turnaround time is about 10 business days. If you need something sooner, let us know and we'll see what we can do.

We offer $15 flat rate shipping to the domestic United States via UPS Ground.
Expedited shipping is available and can be added/ calculated upon checkout. Please note, expedited shipping expedites only the shipping service, not our order turnaround (10+ business days) and does not guarantee overnight delivery. But, we will do our best to meet your deadline!
Items are shipped via UPS and are automatically insured for the first $100. Please note UPS insurance does not cover missing packages that UPS has scanned and marked as delivered. The only sure fire way to not have a stolen package is to add signature verification upon delivery. This is an additional $2. Get in touch and we’ll add it to your order.
If you would like to add additional insurance, or if you would like to add insurance to your international order, please get in touch and we will send you an invoice for the added cost.
Moop does not refund for lost/stolen/unclaimed/undeliverable packages. If there is an issue with your delivery and if the issue is covered by insurance, Moop will help facilitate any applicable refund provided by the insurance coverage.
International Orders are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail. This offers tracking and approximately 7-10 days in transit. If you would like to add insurance to your order, please email us to do so: email@example.com
Duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges may incur and are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not refund for lost/unclaimed/undeliverable packages. Please consider adding insurance to your package.
