Returns & Exchanges

Returns & Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of item receipt. Items must be in unused brand new condition, with all tags. We must receive the package back in our studio within 10 days of return request or it will not be refunded. (USPS, UPS and FedEx are all good shipping options).

Once received, we will refund, minus shipping charges. We can send you a prepaid shipping label and we will deduct the cost of shipping from your return ($15).

If exchanging, please email us to let us know which style and color you would like so we can get it made and have it ready to ship back out once your return arrives in our shop. We will send an invoice for exhange shipping at the time of shipment.

Returns on orders over $450, will be charged a 20% restocking fee.  We understand that sometimes people like to order several bags to see in person but, this means we are making every single bag for your order, most of the time from scratch, prioritizing your order over other orders, holding things up down the line. If your intention is to order a bunch of bags but you don't plan on keeping them all, please get in touch with questions first and we can set up a phone call to help you decide on the right bag for you.

All “SECONDS SALE” items, discontinued items, FLASH SALE orders, items that have had any kind of customization or items marked as final sale, are Final Sale.

A few common sense guidelines to ensure you receive a full refund for returns or exchanges:

When re-packaging your bag, you may re-use the same paper and box the bag arrived to you in.  
It's best not to use an envelope (even a padded one) as it is likely to arrive back in our studio damaged in transit and will not be accepted for return or exchange.
 
Ship via a reliable shipping service such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx, in a box (Priority Mail boxes are free at all USPS locations and many UPS and FedEx locations).
 
Please include your name inside the box.  If you do not include your name, we won't know who the package came from and you won't receive your refund.  Seriously, if you include nothing else, pleeease let it be your name.
 
We will refund the order, minus shipping charges, once the item arrives and is deemed re-saleable. If an item is received and is not in re-saleable condition, the cost of the bag will not be refunded and will be returned at the customers expense.  
 
If a bag arrives back damaged due to careless packaging, it will not be accepted for return or exchange.  

If a bag arrives back and it clearly has been used, like with granola bars in the pocket, it will not be accepted for return or exchange.

If a bag arrives back and it is beyond the return/exchange policy window, and you did not arrange with us prior to sending back, it will be returned at the expense of the customer.
 
Just a few more return/exchange things to know:
If something is incorrect with the order, let us know asap and we’ll fix it.
Bags with any sort of customization are final sale.

Shipping is non-refundable.
Seconds Sale items and other items noted as final sale, are final sale - not available for return or exchange.
If anything else goes awry let us know right away so we can make things right. We want you to be happy with your purchase.
