Here's the recipe:
simple syrup::
Make a simple syrup by combining sugar and water until dissolved, then add sliced cucumber and let steep. I use 1 cup water to 1/2 cup sugar and about 6 slices of cucumber.
In your cocktail shaker combine the following:
2 oz Ginever, I used Wigle Whiskey's.
1/2 a kiwi (cut your kiwi in half then scoop the pulp out with a spoon)
2 slices cucumber
3/4oz cucumber simple syrup
juice of 1/2 a small lime
Muddle everything together
Add a bunch of ice and shake 17 times.
Strain into a fancy cocktail coupe and top with seltzer or tonic (whichever your preference)
